Good week even if weather was very very wet.  Fishing on Carp lake was very slow, only had 3 carp all week BUT had the new lake record of 53lb!!!  Plenty of small carp out of the Cat lake, approx over 100 small carp.  Only one cat of 34lb.  Food package was amazing with great fried brekkie and lovely home cooked food in the evening.  Thanks Dave & Sue, all the best.

THOMPSON PARTY 7-14 APRIL

Food excellent as always.  Fishing slow, lots of rain.  Regardless of weather still had a nice time, will be back for my 50 lb !!

First time fishing in France.  Food was outstanding, fishing was just as good.  Sue and Dave are excellent hosts and I would highly recommend Windmill Lakes to everyone.  Sure to be back in the near future, had a really good time here.  PB’s all round

Amazing trip once again.  31 fish including ten 40’s up to a PB for Mitchell at 49lb 12 oz.  Can’t wait to come back.  We love the place!

Amazing place and amazing food to match.  Dave & Sue were really hospitable and the fishing was top notch.  PB’s were broken and every fish was immaculate.  Would definitely return in a heartbeat and will recommend a trip to everyone.  Thank you and see you next year.

Food awesome.  Shame to leave Omar and Boots behind :-) Great facilities. Very clean.  Really top notch venue all round.
